Whole-house refreshes
Kitchen, baths, floors and paint done together and in the right order, so you move back into a finished home instead of a series of projects.
Home / Service Areas / Renton & Kent
South King County is where a remodel budget still goes a long way, and where a family can still get the whole house done at once.
Local knowledge
A wide mix: post-war neighborhoods near the valley floor, 1970s and 80s subdivisions on the hills, and newer construction spreading east. Lots tend to be bigger than in the city, which opens up additions and detached units that wouldn’t fit on a Seattle lot.
Bigger lots and simpler permitting than Seattle proper mean projects here tend to move faster and stretch further. We plan for that on day one.
