Whole-home renovation, Tacoma
A full top-to-bottom rebuild finished summer 2026: a green shaker kitchen with brass hardware and open shelving, a black-tile bathroom, a spiral stair to the lower level, and a dark modern exterior with new decking.
View home remodel, Federal Way
A full remodel opened up so the main floor reads as one space: marble-look fireplace surround, a light-oak kitchen with a quartz island, two rebuilt bathrooms, a new deck with glass railing, and a complete lower-level finish.
Mid-century modern rebuild, Lake Forest Park
A dark, low-slung mid-century rebuilt inside and out: white kitchen with a wood-wrapped island, slat-wall fireplace feature, a spa bathroom with black fixtures, and an oversized deck under the trees.
Craftsman full remodel, Beacon Hill
A classic Seattle Craftsman taken down to the studs and brought back: dark body with crisp white trim, a white shaker kitchen with brass pendants, a marble bath with a soaking tub, a black-tile shower, finished attic bedrooms under the roofline, and a fully finished lower level with its own kitchen.
Mid-century modern, West Seattle
Vaulted ceilings, walnut and black cabinetry, a glossy black-tile bathroom and a backyard fire pit. The kind of house that gets photographed for the listing and then again for the neighbors.
Rambler with finished basement, Burien
Home turf. A mid-century rambler got a white-oak kitchen with a waterfall island, two rebuilt bathrooms with walk-in tile showers, and a fully finished lower level with a fireplace lounge, wet bar and laundry.
Split-level transformation, Kirkland
An Eastside split-level opened into one bright main floor: white kitchen with a long quartz island, linear fireplace, black-framed windows and a fully rebuilt exterior with cedar accents.
Spanish-style remodel, Bellevue
Arched doorways kept, everything else reconsidered. A freestanding tub under a skylight, stone fireplace, stacked-stone kitchen backsplash with a custom hood, and a wraparound deck.
Split-level full remodel, Edmonds
A north-end split-level rebuilt top to bottom: dark exterior with cedar accents and a new rear deck, a sage-green kitchen with brass hardware, a slat-wall living room feature, and a tiled bathroom with a soaking tub and brass rain shower.
About these projects
Every one of these was our job to run
Dream Team Construction was the general contractor on each of these: scope, trades, schedule and budget, from demolition to the listing photos. The crews behind them have twenty-plus years each in their trades, and the designer who chose every finish is the same one you get.
- Full scope on each: kitchen, baths, systems, exterior, landscaping
- Every trade coordinated by us, on our own schedule and budget
- Every finish chosen by our designer before demolition
