Greater Seattle & Puget Sound
Whole-home remodels, additions, ADUs, and complete kitchen and bathroom rebuilds across King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties. A family-run builder for the projects that change how a house lives, built with purpose, precision and pride.
How we work
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, you always know where the project stands and what comes next. Scroll, and watch a whole-home remodel go up in the order we actually build it.
Every great project starts with a conversation. Tell us about your space, your goals and your ideas, including the ones you think might be too ambitious. Then we walk the house with you.
Our designer creates a design for your house and selects every material with you before anything is torn out. You approve a design; you don’t spend evenings in showrooms.
A clear, line-item estimate that outlines every part of the project. No surprises, just transparency, with a payment schedule tied to milestones you can actually see.
Because every selection is already made, we order everything at once. Materials land on site, the permit is posted and the house is protected before demolition starts.
Demolition, structure, rough-ins, dry-in, finish. Our team coordinates each trade in the right order, keeps the site organized and communicates with you throughout.
Reveal day. We walk the space with you, fine-tune the small details together and hand you the keys, along with warranties and care notes for everything we installed.
What makes us different
Most contractors hand you a list of decisions and a deadline: pick your tile, pick your cabinets, pick your fixtures, and hurry. We don’t. Our design partner walks the project with you, learns what you like (traditional, modern, somewhere in between) and creates a design for your house, then selects every material to match.
Design is by Suzanne Berceau Designs. See the work at @justopulencehouse. Every house in our portfolio is hers as much as ours.
Our philosophy
Dream Team is a family-owned company. It started when we remodeled the basement of our first house, Suzanne on the design and Douglas on the build, and found out we were good at working together. Many houses later, Suzanne still designs every project and Douglas still runs every job.
What we build
We take on the big ones. Whole homes, additions, ADUs, and kitchens and bathrooms rebuilt from the studs out. Not touch-ups, not punch lists, not single-fixture swaps.
Full renovations and accessory dwelling units, the projects where sequencing and trade coordination make or break the budget.
When the house is right but the square footage isn’t. Engineered, permitted, and tied in so it reads as one building.
The room your whole house revolves around, rebuilt for how you actually cook, host and live.
Small rooms with zero margin for error. Waterproofing done right the first time, finishes that hold up for decades.
Turn the square footage you already own into a suite, a rental, a shop or the family room you never had.
Not sure where to start, or whether the numbers work? Walk the house with us before you commit a dollar.
What we take on
What we don’t
We don’t do handyman work, single-fixture swaps, paint-only jobs or punch lists for other contractors. It isn’t snobbery. A crew set up to run a whole-house build is the wrong tool for hanging a door, and you’d pay for the mismatch.
For that kind of work, a good local handyman will be faster and cheaper than we would. If you’re not sure which side of the line your project is on, the estimator will tell you in thirty seconds, or just call and we’ll say so honestly.
Real estate agents
Renovations built to go on the market, by trade leads with twenty-plus years each. Send us the address and the date that matters; we’ll scope it, price it line by line, and schedule backward from your closing.

Tacoma, Federal Way, Lake Forest Park, Beacon Hill, West Seattle, Burien, Kirkland, Bellevue and Edmonds. Every one run by us as general contractor from demolition to keys.
Why homeowners choose us
Our name says it: Dream Team is the bench of veteran tradespeople we’ve built the company around. On a whole-home job, sequencing those trades is what decides whether the budget holds, and that’s exactly the part we’re best at.
Where we work
We have proudly partnered with clients across King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, delivering results that speak for themselves.

It depends on scope, finishes and the condition of what’s behind the walls. Anyone who quotes you a number before walking the space is guessing. What we can promise is a written, line-by-line estimate after the consultation, so you can see exactly where every dollar goes and adjust before we start.
No, and that’s one of the main reasons people hire us. Every project includes a designer who walks the house with you, learns your taste, creates the design and selects every material to match. You approve; you don’t spend evenings in showrooms. Because every selection is made before demolition, we order everything up front and the build runs faster.
Yes. During preparation and coordination we identify what your jurisdiction requires, pull what’s needed and schedule inspections around the build so the job keeps moving.
A bathroom typically runs a few weeks; a kitchen or basement longer; a whole-home remodel or ADU longer still. You get a realistic schedule with the estimate, and updates whenever something changes.
For most single-room projects, yes. We contain dust, protect walkways and clean the site daily. For down-to-studs renovations we’ll talk through the trade-offs honestly before you commit.
